Spine & Solar Centered Sundays- Foundation For Inversions Workshop

These workshops are for everybody. They take a slow, progressive approach so you may actively and consciously  explore breath, sound and movement in your body. We will break down poses and rebuild with precise movement, alignment and breath; study the way the body is structured and how the positioning of that structure effects our energetic flow and of course, food.  Knowing how to breathe, position yourself properly, relax, direct energy and eat will change your practice and your life if you let it.  
In a nutshell, when you're practicing I want you to feel like you're playing and when you're living I want you to feel like you're celebrating.  It will be challenging and it will be fun. Be sure to bring something  warm for our sunset meditation and feel free to start taking note of questions that come up for you in practice this week. I look forward to sharing with  you.
