Noche Bohemia Presents Gilberto Castellanos at Ortega’s, a Mexican Bistro

Leave the passport at home and indulge with alluring Latin rhythms from Gilberto Castellanos at Noche Bohemia on July 24th. The weekly live music event at Ortega’s, A Mexican Bistro located in Hillcrest is thrilled to host Castellanos, a local trumpet master who has played alongside legends like Dizzy Gillespie, Liza Minnelli, Natalie Cole and others.

On Thursday, July 24th Gilberto Castellanos will appear at Ortega’s for Noche Bohemia’s jazz-infused fiesta. The music series celebrates eclectic sounds and Baja-inspired cuisine.  The event is open to the public and goes from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. each
Thursday.

 Located in Hillcrest on the corner of Third and University, Ortega’s invites locals and visitors alike to enjoy the variety of musicians each week.
