fleet Reserve Association Branch 289 will be holding its annual Installation of Officers and New Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 year.  Any current, retired and reserve Navy, Marine and Coast Guard personnel are encouraged to attend if you are interested in finding out what the FRA is all about.  come for the experience, stay for the dinner!!
