We will blend mutually beneficial postures, conscious breathing, trust, communication, and--most of all--playfullness and fun!
You and your partner will assist and support each other through the postures. One student will move into position while the other applies leans, twists, stretches and compressions. Working with a partner can help you move beyond your own self-set limitations.
Great for couples, friends, or even by yourself! We will match you up with someone if you don't come with a partner.
