Join Milena Sellers-Phillip and Maria Keever and other members of the community for a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the opening of the Jonathan Sellers & Charlie Keever Outdoor Educational Activity Center in Imperial Beach.
Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever were riding their riding their bikes home near the Otay River in 1993 when they were abducted and murdered.
The event will take place at the north end of 13th Street along the Bayshore Bikeway.

San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis, Imperial Beach Mayor Jim Janney, Supervisor Greg Cox, the Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever Foundation and other local leaders are expected to attend.
