Bobby Patton and incumbent Brian Pat Bilbray will be sworn in to office at a Dec. 5 City Council meeting.
Patton and Bilbray won seats on the City Council in a Nov. 6 election.
Bilbray was first elected in a 2010 special election. Patton will attend his first meeting as a member of IB's governing body Dec. 5.
