Belly dancing is an exercise made for a woman's body. You can be any size and any age to enjoy dancing and its health benefits. Many of the movements in belly dancing are natural to a woman's body.

Have you ever wondered if belly dancing is only for skinny, sexy women that look like they belong in a Las Vegas show? Well that is not entirely true.

In fact, for Saudi women, the dance itself was considered to be sacred, and not intended to be seen by men at all.
