Last week, in the first Picture Puzzle, we featured a plane wing which stands tall in Montgomery-Waller Park to commemorate John Montgomery's first flight. Two decades before the Wright brothers major breakthroughs, in 1883 Montgomery made the first fixed wing flight from a hill in Otay Mesa.
