Grocery Prices at Wally's in Imperial Beach

I have seen an increase in grocery items at Wally's in Imperial Beach. I'm not sure if their pricing system is being done fairly. Maybe someone can give me an insight on this matter. I was shopping for some canning supplies recently and I needed a few things to complete the task at hand of canning. I went to Wally's to get these items. I will price these items as I list them that Wally's charged me: Hnz Vinegar....2.59 Cheesecloth....5.19 Mustard Seeds.3.99 Tumeric...........6.29 Celery Seed......5.19 kosher salt........4.19 I thought these prices were above markup. A few weeks ago I went into the store to buy some filo pastry dough..the price was over $7.00 for one box. I did not buy I thought the price was to high. Can anyone give me any information as to why Wally's prices are so high and is it price grouging or what. Also, anyone who buys meat there please be careful I have purchased meat that is bad..and it smells as bad as the store itself. Also sometimes they put new dates on expired meats and other grocerys products. The prices are not compareable to other store prices.
