So, the 3rd place win for Best Public Art went to the painted utility boxes, most of which were done by the Art Kids of San Diego County, under the direction of Howard Woodward - the same Art Kids who now devote all their energy and talent to the City of Chula Vista, because the moronic powers that be in IB pulled the welcome mat out from under them. Something's wrong with this picture....

Nice job of renovating the "shart" and neglecting to put the anti-bird strips on it this time. I guess in six months they'll waste another few thousand dollars scraping the pigeon crap off of it again! These people are freaking stupid!
