IB Chamber of Commerce's New President, Board of Directors

The Chamber, which is five years older than the city of Imperial Beach, has a new president and Board of Directors.

The has new executive board officers and Board of Directors following elections and appointments held earlier this month.

The Chamber currently has 173 business and associate members.

Elections were held but for each of the executive positions only one person volunteered for the organization's uppermost leadership positions.

Patricia Hutchins of Hutchins Realty is the Chamber's immediate past President.

Michael Osborne from the will remain the director of the Business Improvement District.

A coronation reception was held Friday evening at the South Bay Fish and Grill in Chula Vista after it was determined that no venue in Imperial Beach could accomodate the 70 or more people expected to attend.

A new Board of Directors was also appointed. Some members return to the board from last year and some are new, including Allison Rolfe from Pacifica Companies and David Miles from Chase Bank.
