When he isn't taking pictures of models on the beach, Patrick Ronan of Imperial Beach can be found shooting portraits in his garage studio, or photographing weddings or performing musicians.
Ronan grew up in Colorado and came to San Diego when he was in Navy and making repairs to Sikorsky helicopters.
"I looked all around San Diego and determined IB was the place for me," he said. Next week, some of Ronan's work will be on-display at .
Ronan can be found surfing and is an avid rockclimber and mountaineer.
Shannon Ronan, Patrick's sister, does makeup for Scenes of Chaos photo shoots and often acts an assistant and second photographer at weddings.
