IB Creative Film to be Aired on San Diego County Television

Local IB artists may experience a bit of regional fame when the film IB Creative is shown throughout San Diego County.

A film chronicling the creativity of the most southwesterly city in the continental United States will air on San Diego County Television Network through the end of May.

While CTN does not program specific time slots, the film will be included in its daily program loop. CTN can be found on COX Channel 19 in North County and Cox Channel 24 in South County, as well as Time Warner Channel 24 or digital Channel 124.

I.B. Creative explores the creativity of city artists, musicians, and other residents involved in the artistic process through interviews and a post-production process that provides the audience with an intimate look at how creativity moves through small town America.

The film recently debuted on the film festival circuit with its premier at the Plaza Mexico Film Fair in Lynwood, Calif., on April 16.

I.B. Creative is co-directed by Mar Vista High School graduate Kevin Anthenill and produced by Imperial Beach-based South County Renaissance Project, the producer of the Imperial Beach International Film Festival.  The project was funded in part with a grant from EDCO Corporation.
