Food trucks and mobile restaurants will serve up BBQ, ice cream, fresh organic, Asian cuisine and more, while dozens of works of art, including some from IB, will be on-display.
B-Side Players will perform. According to the Port of San Diego the band "incorporates the sounds of Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico, Brazil and Puerto Rico with some 70's rock, reggae, jazz and hi-hop."
Other bands with a New Orleans jazz or Latin sound will also perform.
