This 22-minute long film tells the story of Imperial Beach musicians, poets and artists.
The film is directed by Mar Vista High School graduate Kevin Anthenill and Steve Futterman, CEO of the South County Renaissance Project (SCRP) and organizer of the Imperial Beach Film Festival since 2006. Anthenill also composed the movie's original score.
IB Creative includes artists like , writer Gail StewartChuck Gilesthe Art Kids of San Diego Countymusician Paul Ingram.

The project is funded in part with a grant from EDCO Corporation awarded to the SCRP by the Imperial Beach City Council.
