Costumes will be judged in five categories: best kitty, best small dog (up to 20 pounds), best medium dog (20 to 50 pounds), best large dog (50 pounds plus) and best pair of pet and owner.
Participants must register by e-mailing or calling the store. Judging begins at 10:15 a.m.
