Thanks for featuring my rock art on your I.B. Patch page. The Senior Center is closed on February 20th but our art group will be there the following Monday. I would be happy to share this easy and fun art project with anyone. The Art Class is available to all, free of charge. One of our members is teaching water color. A local Artist and friend stops by to share her techniques while another paints in acrylics. We (the craft group and I) started Duck Tape wallet designs - that was fun! Just stop in on Monday's, share your art with us or let us know when you would like to learn how to do one of our projects.

I would love to begin painting classes. Could I please have information about what I need to bring, who to contact for questions, etc. I enjoy crafts too, but my heart really wants to paint. Thank you. Jenelle

Janelle, We don't have a formal teacher in the class. Pat has extensive training in water colors and so does Jan. Patricia and I do acrylics. Last month Pat taught us some watercolor techniques. Jan is the spokes person for the group. You can reach her at her home number 619-424-6559. She should be at the club this morning at 9:00 a.m. if you want to stop by with your photos or other examples of your desired project, she will help you. Sorry I won't make it today as I have a doctor's appointment. Hope to meet you soon, Lucy
