The trees of lights can be found in Veterans Park and in Triangle Park where Palm Avenue and State Route 75 split.
According to Imperial Beach Mayor Jim Janney, the trees of light in Triangle and Veterans parks by former owner Bernard Smith and have carried on since his death in 2008.
