Dell Technology Expert to Advise Mobile Health Care Provider

on Technology Training and Optimization

EXUSMED™, a corporation offering affordable mobile health care solutions for both patients and providers announced today that Dell technology training expert Nathan Stewart has joined the corporation’s Advisory Council.

Stewart has had a successful 11 year tenure with Austin-based Dell, Inc. As a technology consultant, Stewart spent the first eight years of his career acquiring industry recognized technical certifications including EqualLogic, Compellent, EMC, VSP, VCP, Eaton, APC power, BUE, AppAssure, NetVault, multiple networking platforms and many others. In 2004, Stewart relocated to Oklahoma City to assist Dell’s executive team in on-boarding staff for Dell’s newest U.S. facility. As a technology leader, he worked with the training teams to introduce data center theory for incoming sales representatives.

After moving back to Nashville as a global trainer, Stewart traveled to Dell’s facilities in Oklahoma City, Austin, Toronto, Boston and Dublin, Ireland to serve as the North American enterprise training lead. Stewart was critically involved in the production of 23 separate acquisitions to Dell’s corporate sales and management teams. Currently Stewart lives in Winston-Salem, N.C. serving as an account executive for central North Carolina Preferred Corporate Accounts (PCA).

“I am delighted to have such an expert in technology training join the EXUSMED advisory team,” said A. Latham Staples, EXUSMED president and CEO. “EXUSMED’s innovative technology platform will deliver a premium mobile health care experience to both patients and providers and ensuring our staff receives the best technology training and back-up will enable EXUSMED to deliver the best possible service to our members.”

“EXUSMED is bringing something to the table that’s never been done before in medicine,” said Stewart. “I’m very excited to be on the ground floor of what could potentially change the way my future grandchildren get access to health care.”

A pilot program, launching in early 2014 will have more than 800 participating physicians providing care to approximately 1,500 patients throughout Southern California. EXUSMED's programs, available to consumers in the summer of 2014 will provide improved outpatient continuity-of-care with the patient's own health care provider through on-demand, real-time mobile health care technology encounters. This will allow for more convenient and flexible care, decreasing wait room times and accelerating diagnosis and treatment.
