The Wagon Man of Imperial Beach
Meet Kermit Brown, aka Froggy, and his wife, Anne. Brown pulls advertisement-covered historic wagons up and down Palm Avenue with his motorized wheelchair.
Kermit "Froggy" Brown builds mini historical wagons he said can be valued at $10,000 apiece.
Wagon sales got slow so he decided to place advertising on them and pull them from the Imperial Beach pier up Palm Avenue toward Saturn Boulevard and back.
"It's about 7 miles," Brown said.
While serving in Vietnam from 1962 to 1964, Froggy suffered injuries that would ultimately result in his need for a wheelchair.
Around that time, Anne and Kermit met in New Zealand and have been together ever since.

I LOVE this story! Great work Chris and Khari. Now all we need is the Wagon Man to drive around IB with a Patch sign ...
