Gas Prices Rise; Cheapest Gas in or Near Imperial Beach

The average price for a gallon of regular self-serve gasoline in San Diego County has risen about four cents in the past week.

 
As of noon Tuesday, the cheapest gas in Imperial Beach or west of Interstate 5 could be found at the Arco station on Palm Avenue between Florida and 12th streets for $3.55.
According to the AAA fuel gauge report, the average price for a gallon of regular self-serve gasoline in San Diego County Tuesday is $3.77, one cent more than yesterday, about four cents more than a week ago, near 14 cents more than a month ago and 43 cents than this time last year.

  • $3.73/$3.83 at the Shell station at the corner of Hollister Street and Coronado Avenue
  • $3.75 at the 76 station at the corner of Ingrid Avenue and Hollister Street
  • $3.75 at the Valero station at the corner of Imperial Beach Boulevard and 13th Street
  • $3.75 at the 7-Eleven at the corner of 13th Street and Palm Avenue
  • $3.75 at the 7-Eleven at the corner of 13th Street and Imperial Beach Boulevard
