City Council Candidate Brian P. Bilbray
Bilbray, 25, is the youngest candidate for office in IB elections. He says he decided to run because other residents told him they feel forced out of City Hall.
Brian P. Bilbray, son of former Imperial Beach mayor and Congressman Brian Bilbray, is running for a two-year term against Paul Brown and Nick Knecht.
At 25, he is the youngest of 11 candidates in City Council and mayoral elections.
